The grocery range includes fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy products, eggs, bread, bakery goods, frozen foods, pantry staples, snacks and confectionery. Customers can also browse beverages, coffee, tea, cooking ingredients, sauces and ready-to-eat meals. The selection includes products for everyday cooking, entertaining and preparing meals at home.

Other categories include baby products, pet food and accessories, health and wellness items, stationery, toys, kitchenware and selected homeware. Depending on the store and available range, customers can also find small appliances, electronics and other general merchandise.

The retailer offers products under its own labels, including Housebrand and Simple Truth, alongside established local and international brands. Its food selection includes fresh produce, prepared foods and products catering to different household needs.

Customers can shop through the Checkers website and its Sixty60 service. Sixty60 provides on-demand grocery delivery, while the wider online range includes selected larger items and general merchandise. Product availability and delivery options depend on the customer's area and the items ordered.
